1. Shipping Area

We currently provide shipping services throughout Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of AUD 80.99 or more (including AUD 80.99) qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders with a total value of less than AUD 80.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 6.99.

All product prices shown include applicable taxes. No additional tax charges will be added at checkout.

3. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 (local Australian time) will have their processing time calculated starting from the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting from the next day.

  • If the processing start date falls on a rest day, it will be postponed to the next working day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, the order will enter the processing stage.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

Once processing is completed, the order will be shipped.

5. Shipping Time

After shipment, the estimated total shipping time is:

  • 7–11 business days

Actual shipping time may vary due to weather conditions, transportation arrangements, or other reasonable factors.
